"Fish Vase" was hand-thrown on the potter's wheel, made of porcelain.  It shows handcarved detail of fish on two handles. The color is a stunning brown Tiger Eye glaze, almost the color of root beer. It had a rim dip effect with a frothy glaze detailing highlighting the front and back of this pottery piece.  BEAUTIFUL gift for the fisherman or woman, or executive in your life who would like something classy for their home or office. It will make a stunning statement on the desk of the person "who has everything!"

This porcelain vase was hand-thrown on the potter's wheel and decorated by Colorado artist Michael Cowles. Mike previously worked at Van Briggle Pottery as production manager. This unique piece is signed and dated by the artist (it is not marked Van Briggle). This vase was made in 2007 and consigned to a gallery, who *forgot* to display it. So ... their loss is your gain! It measures 6 1/2" tall and 7" across at its widest *fishy* point.
